Amplio Pharma B.V. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter “Amplio” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. Web pages may contain embedded features such as videos or interactive elements hosted by third parties. These may install cookies or trackers. Amplio Pharma is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external entities. Please refer to their respective privacy notices. 

Do Not Track Signals 

Some browsers allow users to transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Our websites may not respond to DNT requests at this time. 

Links to External Sites 

Our Services may link to websites operated by third parties. These sites are governed by their own privacy policies and are not under Amplio Pharma’s control. We recommend reviewing their privacy practices before engaging with such sites.

  • Correction or update of inaccurate or incomplete data; 

  • Deletion of your data under specific circumstances; 

  • Restriction of processing;

  • Withdrawal of previously granted consent; 

  • Not to be subjected to decisions based on automated processing without human involvement.  

Depending on your country of residence and the country where the Amplio Pharma entity processing your personal data is established, you may have additional local rights with respect to our processing of your personal data. Please note that some of the personal data that we collect, use and disclose may be exempt from the rights outlined above.

Amplio Pharma, is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK Data Protection Act 2018, and Swiss Federal Data Protection Act. We rely on the following legal bases for processing: 

  • Legitimate business interests; 

  • Contractual necessity; 

  • Compliance with legal obligations; 

  • Consent (where applicable). 

Transfers of personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland are conducted using safeguards approved by relevant data protection authorities, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent instruments.
